Summit Siteworks was founded in 2015, and we strive to provide a lifelong work environment for our employees and the highest quality concrete product to our customers. Summit Siteworks offers a wide variety of skill sets and experience to ensure a quality product for you. We encourage all within Summit Siteworks to give back in both time and talent. We also believe in continuing education for our employees to ensure we are always learning and growing.
Ron Stensgard
Ron has owned and operated concrete companies in the FM area since 1984. He founded and ran Quality Concrete, eventually transforming it into an ESOP for the employees. In 2015, he started Summit Siteworks, where we strive to deliver the quality products our customers deserve. We believe in giving back and actively participating in community events. When not at work, you can find Ron enjoying time with his family or working on his mission project.
Luke Stensgard
Despite being in his 20s, Luke brings a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to meeting expectations. When you work with Luke, you can expect quality results and a no-nonsense approach. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the summer on the water with his family or snowmobiling in the mountains during the winter months.
Ty Swiers
With a unique background in farming, retail, production, corporate office, and construction, Ty has learned that courtesy, communication, and attention to detail are paramount regales of industry. As the primary project manager and estimator at Summit, he strives to bring these traits to work daily to ensure a stress-free process from bid to closeout. Most weekends you’ll find him at home with wife Hailey and two sons, Arden (3) and Edward (1). His main activities at home are gardening, splorin’ (Arden’s way of saying exploring), and tinkering in his shop.
Jake Hedstrom
Jake started his concrete construction career in the trenches learning the ins and outs of the trade. After 5 years of field experience, he got his associate’s degree in construction management and joined the Summit team in 2019. Jake specializes in flatwork, and he enjoys helping his teammates in the field when he is freed up. In his spare time, he loves to hunt, exercise, smoke meat, and most importantly, spend time with his wife and 4 kids.
Becci Kremer
With 20 years of experience in cost accounting, tax accounting, and financial accounting, Becci brings a very diverse background to assist in the financial success of Summit Siteworks. With Becci’s attention to detail, she is ideal for handling many other HR and office manager related tasks. The love of numbers doesn’t stop at Summit Siteworks. In Becci’s free time she still works with numbers in her personal accounting business. When Becci does finally take a break from the numbers, she loves going out to nature on ATV trips with her husband (Jon), fishing, playing with the family dog (Turbo), and of course the lazy day around the house.
